Ammonium polyphosphate
A liquid nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer containing ammonium polyphosphates. In soil, these gradually convert to orthophosphates, supporting sustained phosphorus nutrition and limiting fixation of the applied phosphorus.
Composition and characteristics
Minimum contents by mass: 11% ammonium nitrogen and 37% total phosphorus as P₂O₅.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Ammonium nitrogen N | minimum 11% |
| Total phosphorus as P₂O₅ | minimum 37% |
| pH | 6–7 |
| Density at 20°C | 1.41–1.47 kg/l |
| Insoluble sediment | maximum 0.08% |
| Viscosity at 20°C | maximum 80 mPa·s |
| Crystallisation temperature | no higher than −20°C |
Application
For soil application, at sowing, by inter-row injection or as a diluted foliar application. Quantity and placement relative to the seed depend on the crop and soil nutrient status. Contact Agroexperts for a specific programme.
APP in your formula
At the nominal composition, 100 kg of APP supplies 11 kg N and 37 kg P₂O₅. Phosphorus is reported as P₂O₅, not elemental P. Do not mix APP with CaTs.
Delivery
1,000 litre IBCs or road tanker.
