Urea and ammonium sulphate with Limus®
A combination of urea and ammonium sulphate with the dual urease inhibitor Limus® — NBPT and NPPT. Supplies two forms of nitrogen and sulphate sulphur.
Composition and characteristics
Total nitrogen is 40% by mass: 35% urea nitrogen and 5% ammonium nitrogen. The exact sulphur content is confirmed from the current product sheet upon enquiry.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Total nitrogen N | 40% |
| Amide nitrogen | 35% |
| Ammonium nitrogen | 5% |
| Technology | Limus® · NBPT + NPPT |
| Urease inhibitor active substance | minimum 0.12% of the mass of urea nitrogen |
Mode of action
The urease inhibitor slows urea breakdown and limits the risk of ammonia loss. Sulphate sulphur complements nitrogen nutrition.
Application and delivery
Broadcast with a fertilizer spreader or incorporate into the soil. The rate depends on the crop, growth stage and target yield. Supplied in big bags.
